Packaging and Shipping
Our workshop is not only focused on the manufacture of Cretan ceramic products, but also places special importance on the packaging and shipping of our products.
Our products are placed on pallets, one on top of the other, separated by packing cartons. Then, after wrapping them all together with a transparent film that makes them immobile, they are tied with plastic straps secured with hoops. So each pallet is safe and ready to load.
The loading of the pallets into a truck or container is done by our staff and their insurance is done with the special care that is appropriate for our products, in order for their transportation to be done without problems.
Packaging and Shipment of our Ceramic Products
Minoan Pottery has developed special techniques in order to:
- Saves 20 – 30% space during packing and loading, compared to conventional methods, thus lower transport costs
- It ensures the integrity of products in the best possible way
- It can accurately inform its customers about the space that an order of ceramics will occupy, and thus the cost of their transportation
